Neo enthusiasts: Apply to join the new NeoPod community growth team
Since launching as Antshares in 2014, Neo has focused on a set of core goals: Enhancing our developer experience, improving our infrastructure, and growing our ecosystem–all ultimately aiming to deliver value to our community.
We hit an exciting milestone in 2021 with the launch of Neo N3, the most powerful and feature-complete version of the Neo blockchain to date. Today, we’re positioned to grow bigger and faster. We have marked one year of stable operation on the N3 MainNet. We’ve held our first two N3 hackathons, attracting new developers and innovative projects to the ecosystem. We’ve expanded our business development programs. We are upping our market outreach through global-scale events such as Consensus 2022, TOKEN2049, and more. And at the heart of everything we have achieved is a knowledgeable, passionate community like no other.
Looking ahead, we want to take our developer base, our ecosystem, and our community to the next level. This is where you come in. You and the other members of our community know Neo like no one else, and you can help drive our growth in an authentic way that no one else can. To facilitate this, we would like to invite you to join the NeoPod, our new community outreach team to drive awareness of Neo.
About NeoPod
Just like a pod of seeds opens to spread new growth in new areas, members of the NeoPod will go out into the community and seed new interest in Neo. Much like a pod of intelligent sea mammals like whales and dolphins travel and play together, members of the NeoPod will also collaborate to get the best out of Neo, and each other.
The NeoPod is a team initiative where dedicated and knowledgeable community members come together to help expand the reach of Neo.
NeoPod is open to community members with all types of skill sets and backgrounds. Some of the ways you may choose to help Neo grow include:
- Community operations/management
- Moderation of online/offline events
- Content creation
- Social media promotion
- Graphic design
- Video editing
- Technical development/support
- Other efforts that could benefit Neo
As a member of the Neo Pods program, you may benefit in ways such as:
- Joining a supportive, community of creative, open-minded Neo supporters worldwide
- Deepening your knowledge of Neo technologies and the Neo ecosystem
- Becoming a key contributor to the greater Neo ecosystem and making your voice heard
- Having the ability to provide first-in feedback directly to project teams

You can submit your application here.
Once your application is complete, the NGD team will review your social media and biography. If we find that your interests and background are a good fit, we will invite you to take part in an interview session. Accepted applicants will be invited to join the NeoPod Discord. From there, we’ll work with you on how you can represent Neo in future events or otherwise contribute to help Neo grow.
